Accommodation-decision guides load the domain-specific Stay22 optimisation layer described below; other public pages do not. What is processed
The hosting and security service may process IP address, request time, requested URL, browser and device information, and security signals to deliver and protect the site. We rely on legitimate interests for this essential operation. Server and security retention is controlled by the hosting provider and limited to operational and security needs.
Storage and partner technology
Premier Oceania does not set its own advertising cookie or create a reader profile. On the nineteen accommodation-decision guides, however, the domain-specific Stay22 script loads automatically to optimise eligible accommodation links and may enable Stay22 products such as LinkSwap, Spark, or Nova. Stay22 and its technology providers may receive ordinary request, device, page, referrer, interaction, and attribution data and may use cookies, browser storage, or device-recognition techniques under their own policies. This partner layer is not loaded when the browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal. It is absent from the homepage, trust and legal pages, machine-readable routes, error pages, and decision maps.
Optional decision maps
Planning guides include a complete text comparison that works without a map. If you press “Load interactive map”, the site opens a same-origin, noindex map document and your browser requests only the visible map tiles from OpenStreetMap. OpenStreetMap will receive ordinary request metadata such as your IP address, browser details, this site's origin, and the tile coordinates needed for that view. No map request is made before your action, the site does not store the choice, and the map contains no hotel partner or affiliate script. Cookie-free affiliate measurement
On pages with sponsored controls, an El Premier-operated measurement endpoint records one eligible view when a control is at least 50% visible and one first click. The event contains the site, page path, locale, named provider, placement, campaign and destination host. It contains no account, cookie, browser-storage identifier, booking, payment or full destination URL. The client honours Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track and omits browser credentials. These events show only exposure and outbound interaction; they do not prove a booking or revenue. When the browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, the measurement client is not loaded and no event request is made.
Affiliate links
Accommodation guides carry clearly marked static Stay22 comparison links; those durable links retain the reviewed destination and route campaign. The Stay22 script can also optimise supported travel-provider links or add eligible commercial links and experiences on those same guides. Following a link takes you to Stay22 or a booking provider, where that provider's own privacy notice and cookies apply. Premier Oceania does not receive your booking or payment details.
